Europe Delivery:

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched five days a week (Monday to Friday), excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note that delivery times apply only to in-stock items.
If your order includes multiple pieces, including Made-to-Order items, we will ship your entire order together once all items are ready.
However, if you’d like to arrange separate shipments, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

For overseas destinations and within the European Union, delivery costs is €27,90.  


International Delivery:

Local sales tax & customs fees are applicable

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, with the exception of Dubai where all delivery addresses must be to a manned PO Box.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
You may be required to pay the relevant domestic sales tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority's handling charge when your item arrives.
These charges are payable by the customer (where applicable) and we do not currently cover these costs.

Should you need a express delivery by 1 PM the next dayThis could be  possible with DHL Express, available for €37 across mainland Spain,France., Belgium Hollande, Luxembourg and Portugal.

For international destinations , the cost will be around €45 for America and € 50 for Asia

At this time  do not offer refunds, burt we are happy to offer exchanges on unworn and undamaged jewelry.

Our easy-to-follow exchange system will guide you through the steps and provide options for store credit or an exchange for any other items from our collection.

Please remember to keep your original packaging and order slip to include with your return so we can process your exchange smoothly. We strive to process exchanges within 5-10 days of receipt at our studio, though please note that delays may occur during busy sale periods.

Important Notes:

All exchanges must be processed through our exchange system. We are unable to accept exchanges that are not approved or items that have been worn or damaged.

If returning a necklace, please ensure it is packaged in its original zipper bag with the clasp fastened and outside the zipper to prevent tangling. Chains that arrive tangled beyond repair will not be accepted.

Bespoke items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
