Shipping

We carefully prepare every order from our Barcelona atelier.

• Complimentary shipping on orders over €250 to France and Spain.
• In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days.
• All orders are shipped with tracking.

Solid Gold & Bespoke Creations

Some of our creations are handcrafted to order in solid 14k or 18k gold.
Please allow 5–6 weeks for production before shipment.
As each bespoke piece is created especially for you, these orders are final sale.

Returns

If your purchase is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

• unworn,
• in its original packaging,
• accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
