    Free exchanges within 30 days
    If you wish to make an exchange, the request must be made within 30 days of purchase. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

    Please retain the original packaging and the order receipt to include in the return, so we can process your exchange quickly.
    We strive to process exchanges within 5 to 10 days of receiving them in our showroom, but there may be an additional delay during high-demand periods.

    Important Notes:
    We do not accept exchanges without prior approval or for worn or damaged items.

    If you are returning a necklace, ensure it is in its original packaging, with the clasp attached and placed outside the zipper to avoid tangling. Chains that arrive completely tangled will not be accepted.

    Personalized items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Free Shipping in Europe:
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
    Orders are carefully prepared and shipped five days a week (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
    Please note that shipping times only apply to in-stock items.
    If your order includes multiple items, including made-to-order products, we will ship your complete order once all items are ready. However, if you wish to arrange multiple shipments, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to assist you.
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

    International Shipping:
    Local taxes and customs fees may apply.
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (except in Dubai, where they must be monitored by staff).
    All shipments to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the goods, in accordance with customs regulations.
